We are seeking an IT operations engineer to join our Dataminded team. This role is about leading our company's IT operations, making sure IT anticipates and implements solutions for emerging needs.

About the role
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and secure access control and identity management by maintaining authentication, authorization, and role-based permissions across systems
Oversee IT assets, with a focus on office-related and People-related hardware
Implement and enforce data classification and protection measures, ensuring compliance with security standards and safeguarding sensitive information
Maintain and improve office network and physical security, including monitoring, upgrades, and vendor coordination
Drive business continuity and security culture by developing continuity plans, running awareness initiatives, and training staff on security best practices
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, System and Network Administration or equivalent
2-3 years’ experience in IT operations, preferably with a lead responsibility
Dares to continuously improve and take initiative to get things done
Enjoys prioritizing, planning, and communicating work, and is comfortable with both hands-on tasks and execution
Excels at managing and running a diverse agenda across different fields, projects, and daily improvements
