We tell the truth as we see it

We want to help clients in the long term. That means that sometimes we have to deliver messages that the client doesn’t want to hear. In these discussions, we always put the client’s interest ahead of our own.

Code is a liability, experience is an asset

Way too often, we’ve seen complex features being designed and built without user involvement, which never got adopted. We aim to get a minimum version live as soon as possible because you learn the most from client feedback.

As a reliable partner, we collaborate with our clients and jointly pursue predefined business goals. We have an honest and pragmatic attitude and follow an iterative build-measure-learn project path.

We are open-minded data engineers who love working with cloud and open-source solutions. Besides reducing costs, such solutions allow for more flexibility and a faster time to market than typical enterprise and on-premise technologies.

DevOps is what we fully embrace since we automate everything through code. This includes the automation of infrastructure, workflow management, configuration, deployments, data pipelines, model training, model scoring, and more. We are strong believers in agile and lean development. This goes beyond 'doing scrum' and having daily standups. We believe it's the role of leadership to define a clear vision and set objectives.

Data Minded Team Weekend:

Every year, our team eagerly anticipates our annual weekend getaway.

We escape the daily grind in a cozy cottage nestled in a remote location, leaving behind our busy lives in Belgium.

The weekend is a perfect blend of team-building activities that strengthen our bonds and foster collaboration.

We also take the opportunity to plan for the year ahead, discuss the company's financials, and set our goals. It's a time for reflection, where we recognize our learnings and celebrate the milestones achieved, ensuring that we return home rejuvenated, motivated, and ready to conquer new challenges together.
